Artist Statemnte

I created this video for my final project in a 4D design principles class at Virginia Tech. The video is meant to be a fun recreation of classic fighting video games with two versions of myself as the main characters. I made my own game interface and sound effects as well as voice lines and backgrounds/foregrounds. The prompt for this project was to use AI to create any kind of video project, which is not cool. I decided to avoid using any amount of AI and instead do a very ambitious and tedious project which was stop-motion animation. Originally there was an AI generated background and title screen as well as music, however those have been replaced by hand-drawn backgrounds and copyright free music. I detest AI art with all my being, and this was my own little revolution against it.
